In recent months, my singing calendar with six months worth of contracts was wiped out due to the Covid-19 world pandemic and the insurmountable disruption it caused to daily life, businesses and our communities. It was during this quiet time alone when I stared at my proudly packed schedule (and slowly erased it), that I thought about how to share the Gift of Song  with others throughout the world who are searching for ways to find meaning during these strange times.

This sense of social distancing and quarantine has left many families, loved ones and parents wondering how they can make a difference and bring joy and comfort to those they care for most while enduring this time apart.

My family lives on three continents and during the peak of the pandemic I thought about the joy of music we shared at home growing up. From my dad's violin playing, to opera and jazz cds and the holiday concerts we did with my cousins at Christmas, I knew that through the power of music and the wonders of technology, I can let my family know I care and I'm there through the 

Gift of Song.
